2. Job description:
- Being the bridge between clients, project teams, and relevant project departments to facilitate communication, Q&A sessions, and convey customer instructions and requirements to offshore teams.
- Working directly with Japanese clients and collaborating with them throughout the project lifecycle, from defining requirements to design, and development.
- Collaborating with the offshore team to investigate the root causes of issues and propose solutions to address them.
- Planning and overseeing project implementation progress.
- Perform quality assurance checks on the project's output before delivering it to the customer.
- Other tasks as required by management.
3. Yêu cầu:
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management/BrSE position.
- Proficient in Japanese language (N1 level).
- Possess knowledge and experience in software development processes and project management.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Trello.
- Solid understanding and experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Capable of leading, managing, and developing staff within the project team.
- Ability to withstand work pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as IT is preferred. Possession of an IT passport is advantageous.
4. Benefits:
