2. Job description:
- Research, propose, build, develop, improve and control compliance with software product development processes.
- Support project members to develop, standardize and apply software quality management system documents. Training on issued procedures for relevant departments.
- Monitor project plans, evaluate progress, coordinate with project teams to ensure work is carried out according to requirements and on schedule.
- Participate in tasks related to improving productivity, quality, and software quality processes
- Participate in managing support requests from various units
- Support data synthesis for periodic reporting. Assess risks and propose improvement solutions.
3. Requirements:
- College degree or higher, preference given to majors in Quality management, information technology, information systems, or equivalent qualications.
- Understanding of the software engineering process. Knowledgeable in ISO, CMMI standards.
- 4+ years of experience in the eld of software quality assurance (QA/QC, PO).
- Experience in areas related to control, assessment, and quality management practices.
- Experience in using and supporting project management tools (Backlog, Jira, ...), software development models (Waterfall, Agile, ...), reporting, data analysis.
- Problem-solving / Team working / Analytical skills.
4. Benefits:
- Salary Range: Upto 35 million VND/month.
