2. Job description:
- Dedicated Sales and Account mining efforts in existing React Plus Group accounts to achieve targets around Billed Revenue, Booked Orders and Customer-Satisfaction in the assigned region and accounts.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales and subsequent account mining efforts.
- Prospect for potential customers in-account using both direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
- Qualify the deals against company criteria.
- Consult with client representatives about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of possible solutions with associated costs/benefits.
- Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to be able to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects.
- Create and deliver engaging presentations to clients’ senior managers and decision makers
- Draft and deliver sales proposals.
- Work with technical staff and product specialists if necessary to address customer requirements
- Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver values, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales.
- Regularly report on sales and delivery activities per React Plus Groupreporting norms.
- Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions.
- Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods.
- Work with delivery teams to proactively address problems and escalations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with third parties and partners that may be required to deliver full solutions to the client.
- Provide feedback to sales management on how to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation.
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
- Conduct all activities with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
3. Requirements:
- Mandatory requirements:
- Minimum of 8 year of sales experience with at least 5 years in Global IT Outsourcing/Offshoring.
- Must have prior experience managing and growing accounts.
- Must have broad understanding of technologies / sales skills.
- Overall experience should include business development, contract negotiation, making effective presentations, creating collaterals, presentations and POC’s for specific problem statements of customers.
- Must have strong customer interfacing experience.
- Must have excellent cross culture communication skills and ability to be a cultural interpreter helping U.S. customers and Offshore be on the same page and work smoothly.
- Must have a stable career background.
- Must have a proven track record of success.
- Must pass the full background test by React Plus Group.
- Additional requirements:
- Understand the business knowledge of the customer being responsible for.
- Interested, knowledgeable, and experienced in new technologies (AI, Chat GPT, IoT, Cloud, etc.).
- Experience in managing global projects and working with foreign companies and individuals.
- Particularly prioritizing candidates with native Japanese language proficiency who grew up in Japan.

4. Benefits:
- Annual income up to 1000 man (including base salary + performance-based bonus).
- Subject to change depending on experience and capability.
- Salary increase: once a year.
- Commute allowance: up to 2 man per month.
- Housing allowance: 3 man per month.
- Work address: Canal Gate Shibaura Building 6F, 4-12-38 Shibaura, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
- Working hours: 09:00 to 18:00 (Fixed working hours: 8 hours, break time: 60 minutes).
- 2 days off per week (Saturday, Sunday).
